The Board is responsible for investigating all complaints and disciplining licensees under its jurisdiction who violate the rules and regulations applicable to their profession. [Louisiana Revised Statues 37:1261 through 37:1292]. A list of the Practice Acts of Board licensees may be found here.

DISCIPLINARY HISTORY: If a licensee has ever been the subject of formal disciplinary action by the Board, that information will be noted on the Verifications page. In addition, the relevant documents such as Consent Orders or Reinstatement Orders are viewable in full by searching for the licensee by name on the Disciplinary Actions page and clicking on “additional documents.”

COMPLAINTS: If you would like to submit a complaint against one of our licensees (see right hand panel) you must file a written complaint and sign a release which authorizes us to provide a copy of your complaint to the licensee.  The use of one of the forms below will help us respond appropriately to the complaint.
